Converge ICT Project

We are glad to inform you that we have coordinated with Converge ICT, one of the fastest growing fiber internet provider in the country and they will be installing pure fiber internet network in our building.

 

Please note that their work will start on June 4, 2018 and will be completed in three (3) months.  See below different phases of their work:

 

·         First Phase – 1 month

o   Installation of Nap Box in electrical rooms of every other floor

o   Installation of OSP (Outside Plant Cable) from their POI (Point of Origin), that is in Union Bank Shaw Blvd. going to The Address

·         Second Phase – 2 months

o   Installation of wires from electrical rooms to hallways

o   Installation of 8 manholes per floor and will have provisions ready in every unit

o   Restoration of ceiling

o   Testing and Commissioning

 

In view of the above, we request for your kind understanding and cooperation while the team of Converge ICT is working in our hallways for the improvement and upgrade of our property particularly the internet connection.

AGM Reminder

SUBJECT               :               REMINDER ON THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

 

 

Kindly be reminded that the Annual General Membership Meeting of The Address at Wack Wack Condominium Corporation will be on June 8, 2018 from 4:00 pm to be held at the Function Room.

 

Should you intend to have a proxy for the said meeting, kindly accomplish a Proxy Form and submit to the Property Management Office on or before June 2, 2018, Saturday before noon.   Proxy Forms are available at the Property Management Office.

 

As stated in our By-Laws, kindly be reminded that unit owners who are fully paid in their payment of the unit automatically become members of the corporation, however, he or she should be a member in good standing (with no delinquent accounts) in order to exercise the rights and privileges of members as follows:

a)      To vote on all matters brought before the members at membership meetings;

b)      To be eligible for any elective or appointive office of the corporation;

c)       To participate in the deliberations of the members and in all its meetings;

d)      To avail himself of all the facilities and services of the corporation

PMO Closure - Annual Team Building 2018

Kindly be informed that the Property Management Office will be closed on Saturday, May 19, 2018 to give way for the Annual Team Building Activity of the Condominium Corporation’s employees including Administration, Security and Housekeeping staff.

 

This annual team building activity will help build trust, learn effective communication skills and establish a bond and camaraderie which will then create a stronger teamwork essential for us to perform our duties and responsibilities more effectively.

 

Please be assured that regular housekeeping, technical and security operations will continuously be performed.

Pest Control in the Units

SUBJECT               :               PEST CONTROL IN THE UNITS

 

 

To keep your unit neat and safe, kindly be reminded to have a regular pest control at least once every 2 months or more, to avoid any infestations of any undesirable insects such as cockroach, rats and flies which can cause health and hygiene problems.

 

Please note that Property Management Office is maintaining all our common areas with regular weekly pest control.

 

We have coordinated with our pest control provider, Fhilips Pest Control, for a pest management approach for our property at a very reasonable price as below:
