In our drive to further improve the services of the Property Management Office to all our residents, we are glad to announce that Engineering Services for residential units of The Address at Wack Wack will be available starting October 1, 2015. This will be an additional service included in our concierge services.


Please find attached the Engineering Services Menu for your reference and please take note of below procedure for these services:


·        Resident will contact the Receptionist personally or through the intercom to request for a particular service

·         Receptionist will coordinate the same with our Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

·         MST will schedule an inspection to the unit owner through the Receptionist

·         MST will confirm schedule of repair after the inspection if the said work is doable or possible

·         A Job Order Form will have to be filled out by the Receptionist and the MST

·       After the work, Resident will be requested to sign the lower portion of the Job Order Form signifying completion of the work

·         Resident will pay the cost directly to the Administration Office

·         Upon payment, PMO shall issue Official Receipt for the particular services

Please note that you have to call 24 hours in advance or a day ahead of time to schedule the date of service.

Census of Population

SUBJECT:             2015 Census of Population (POPCEN)


We would like to inform everyone that upon prior notice from Barangay Wack Wack Greenhills East, the Philippine Statistics Authority (National Statistics Office) will be conducting the 2015 Census of Population beginning on Monday, August 10, 2015.


During this activity, the PSA Office will send enumerators who will perform the census inside the building. Our security will escort their representatives to each household upon confirmation by the resident/unit owner through our intercom at the main lobby. The representatives will need at least 5 to 10 minutes per household to finish the project.


Furthermore, this is a month long activity that will also cover weekends to achieve its target on completion of Census. We encourage everyone to participate on this activity as we will also perform our own Building Population Count as part of our monitoring.


Should there be any questions or clarifications on this matter, you may coordinate with the Property Management Office at 477 – 4707.

Lifeline Ambulance Services

We are pleased to announce that The Address at Wack Wack Condominium Corporation has engaged the services of Lifeline Ambulance Rescue, Inc. to be its Emergency Medical Service provider. Under this service, Lifeline will provide the Emergency Quick Response (EQR) Program which is designed to respond to a medical emergency to assure prompt reaction to every medical emergency situation, and render the most capable expertise & speedy transport of patients.

With this membership, Lifeline’s Site-based EQR Program covers all residents, visitors, staff and management within the premises of The Address at Wack Wack. Some of the scope of this program are the following:


·        Ambulance service during an emergency run to be brought to any of the premiere participating hospitals: The Medical City, Makati Medical Center, St’ Luke’s Medical Center, Capitol Medical Center and Manila Doctors Hospital and Asian Hospital or any nearest hospital of choice.

·         Free use of the life-saving equipment and supplies during an emergency run.

·         24/7 Doctor on Monitor through trunk radio.

·         Unlimited ambulance response during medical emergencies within the identified premises.

·         Consumables: Oxygen, parenteral fluids, Oral & injectable medicines, Disposable Supplies

·         Services shall include initial emergency response up to the endorsement and takeover of the receiving hospital.


Our Reception Lobby is 24/7 available to receive emergency calls from the residents. They will be in charge to coordinate with Lifeline for request of emergency transport.  To know and understand further the available services, we would like to invite all residents and household employees to participate in a short orientation on June 24, 2015, Wednesday between 3:00 p.m. to 4: 00 p.m. You may confirm your attendance at the reception for this activity.

Proper Elevator Usage

TO:                         OUR VALUED RESIDENTS

It has been the objective of the Property Management Office to maintain the elevators in good running condition. In order to preserve these equipment, we would like to share with everyone the proper usage of our Passenger Elevators and designated elevator for deliveries/pull out and for transport of pets registered in the building:


·         The passenger elevators are strictly for the use of unit owners or tenants, their families and guests as well as designated persons.

·         Only residents with security access cards in possession can use the elevators. Guest or visitors can be assisted by the security guard provided it was confirmed first by the resident or unit owner.

·         Luggage, grocery and any other form of trolleys shall only be accessed through the designated elevator (Elevator 3).

·         Residents with registered pets can only be coursed through the use of Elevator 3. No pets shall be transported at the first 2 elevators as basic courtesy to other residents.

·         Pool users shall dry themselves first before using the elevators. Tracking of water inside the elevator may damage the equipment.

·         Do not press the elevator hall call button many times. This will not make the elevator goes faster. Pressing once is enough to call the elevator.

·         For residents with children, please remind them to refrain from jumping or shaking activities while inside the elevator cart for safety purposes.

Our Elevators are vital part of our daily operation. It takes everyone’s cooperation to maintain these equipment and minimize expenses on repairs for the benefit of the Condominium Corporation.
