Kindly be informed that we will be adding an intercom line in our Lobby to better serve and efficiently respond to concerns of our residents. 


This is scheduled to be done on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 7:00 am until 12:00 pm.


Works in our intercom lines include the following:

·         Dismantling and Relocation of Intercom Bass Controller

·         Line Tracing of existing wires for Tower 1 and 2

·         Progamming of devices and testing


Appreciate your kind understanding while our intercom system is not operational at the above mentioned schedule.

PMO Christmas and New Year Schedule

During this time, Security Guards/OIC, Multi – Skilled Technicians and Housekeeping Staff will be available to assist you in your concerns. You may contact them at 470 – 3707 or Security Duty Phone 0917-838-8518.


In addition, we would like to remind everyone of the following safety reminders when going on vacation or leaving the unit for a long period of time:

  • Make sure that all windows are closed and doors properly locked.
  • Ensure that all showers and faucets are turned off.
  • Be sure that all electrical switches are off and all electrically-operated appliances are disconnected.


A PROLONGED ABSENCE FORM is available at the Front Desk for residents going on prolonged absence.  Please fill up a copy so we can have the necessary information of contacts needed in case of emergency. Furthermore, payment for billings may be made at the reception. We can issue an Acknowledgement Receipt for payments made and issue the Official Receipt on the next business transaction day.

Annual Payment of Association Dues 2018

Kindly be reminded on the 5% discount incentive that will be given to unit owners who will be paying their association dues one year in advance before January 31, 2018.


The Association Dues is a regular assessment which is billed to all Unit Owners every month to cover the operating and capital expense of the Building in accordance with Master Deed and Articles of Incorporation & By – Laws.


Real Estate Tax and Insurance for Common Areas will still be billed separately on a quarterly basis.


Please contact our office at 477 4707 if you would like us to prepare your Billing Statement for one year and for further clarification on this matter.

Reminders on holding of Events

TO                          :               OUR VALUED RESIDENTS

As we are receiving many event reservations for this coming holiday, we would like to kindly remind you of the following guidelines when using our amenities:


·         Parties are limited to social events and no religious, political or civic meetings will be allowed.

·         Parties at any part of the amenities shall not extend after 12:00 midnight.

·         The number of guests in any given party is limited to the actual capacity of the said areas.

·         The unit owner or tenant/lessee concerned shall see to it that no disturbing activities such as boisterous or excessively loud music will be allowed during the party.

·         The resident should ensure that responsible drinking is being practiced by the guests to avoid any untoward incidents.

·         It is the responsibility of resident to clean up the venue after its use. In the event that it is not properly cleaned, the Condominium Corporation will impose additional charges for the general cleaning of the area.

·         Smoking inside the function room is prohibited.

·         Putting decorations on the walls using scotch tapes is also NOT allowed
