Smoking Guidelines 2017

SUBJECT               :               REMINDERS REGARDING SMOKING IN THE BUILDING

 

 

Kindly note that we still observe cigarette butts being thrown from the windows or balconies and falling in the balconies of other units especially in the 6th floor balconies.  This action is very unpleasant and creates annoyance and nuisance to the affected residents.

 

In view of the above, kindly be reminded of our House Rule on Smoking as below:

 

7.10        Smoking

No cigarette butts, cigars or other refuse shall be put out or thrown in the parking lot, corridors, elevators, stairways, sidewalk, and other common areas.

 

Please note that we are obliged to strictly implement our Violation Policy to those who will violate the rule on smoking as follows:

 

32.4        In the event that the unit owner or tenant fails to follow the house rules or committed any violation of the rules, the following schedule of penalties shall be applied:

 

First Offense

Written/ Reminder Notice

Second Offense

P 1, 000 Fine/Suspension of privileges for no period of less than One Month

Third Offense

P 3, 000 Fine/Suspension of privileges for no period of less than One Quarter

Fourth and Succeeding Offense

P 5, 000 Fine/Suspension of privileges for no period of less than Six Months

As both is going to be a long weekend, please be reminded of the following safety measures when leaving the unit for a long period of time:

  • Make sure that all windows are closed and doors properly locked.
  • Ensure that all showers and faucets are turned off. You may request for the gate valves to be turned off.
  • Ensure that all electrical switches are off and all electrically-operated appliances are disconnected.

 

A PROLONGED ABSENCE FORM is available at the Front Desk for residents going on prolonged absence from the unit.  Please fill up a copy so we can have the necessary information of contacts needed in case of emergency. Furthermore, payment for billings may be made at the reception. We can issue an Acknowledgement Receipt for payments made and issue the Official Receipt on the next business transaction day.

POWER INTERRUPTION DUE TO GENSET SMOKE EMMISSION TESTING

SUBJECT               :               POWER INTERRUPTION DUE TO GENSET SMOKE EMMISSION TESTING

 

 

Please be informed that there will be a power interruption on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This is due to the annual Smoke Emission Testing to be conducted by the representative from Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of NCR who will also collect sample smoke stack from our Generator as part of their requirement.

 

During this time, you can only use Emergency Provisions installed at your residential unit as below:

 

·         1 Lighting Fixture per area (Kitchen, Living & Dining and Bedroom)

·         1 Convenience Outlet per area (Kitchen, Living & Dining and Bedroom)

 

Please see procedures that should be done in your panel board during power interruption:

·         Pull down the MTS switch.  This is the last switch with blue color in the panel board.

·         When the power returns back, pull up the MTS switch.

Should there be any questions or clarifications on this matter, you may coordinate with the Property Management Office at 477 – 4707 or our Receptionist at 470-3707.
